My 20 pound Christmas lasagne!! Before and after cooking!! I love this pan because it's huge and deep and I can make many layers in my lasagne!! I made marinara and Alfredo sauces and my own ricotta cheese. I then prepared the meats, Italian sausage and ground beef with Italian spices in it. The two sauces add a delightful quality to my lasagne!! I put several veggies in the marinara sauce. I used onions, red and green peppers, mushrooms, minced garlic and I added freshly chopped basil to the top of it right at the end of baking it. It was delicious 😋 😍
As you can see, it's ridiculously tall and has many packed layers!! An inch by inch square is all I could eat. It's massive and I love it because I can feed so many people with it and still have some leftovers!! It makes me happy to share it because everyone loves lasagne and it makes them happy to get some. I love to see people smile when I give them food. It's great hot or cold, too!! I finished making it 2 days ago and I let it sit in the fridge until today so all the flavors would combine and be at their best!!! It worked very well!! In the words of my favorite French chef, Julia Child... bon appétit!! And bon it was!!! Merry Christmas to you all!! ❤️🎄🎅✨️😋
