Winter 2017 was amazing at the Farmers Market. Beautiful produce, vibrant colors and flavors to match. People often comment that my paintings are so bright and vibrant. look at what my inspiration is! I don't paint with dark colors because that's not the world that we really live in. If we look closely around us and spend a lot of time at the Farmers Market or a CSA, We can see vibrant bright colors that God has created as he painted his canvas for us. I eagerly anticipated each and every purchase I made whenever I went. What was I going to do with this gorgeous delicate squash? Typically people just slap a little butter and cinnamon on them and call it good.
