Something has struck me!
If Nanna becomes one of Hel’s consorts, there’s a quiet, tragic beauty in the bond she could possibly share with The Morrigan. (In my cannon, of course! I am aware the myths can vary, so this is my own interpretations.)
Two goddesses, each having lost a son, each having drifted away from the men who once held their hearts. Their grief doesn’t isolate them. It forges something powerful, something sacred. I’ve been holding onto the idea in my thoughts for a long while now… I'm making Hel's court quite joyous 😙
Panel of an old comic! Let's pretend I'm the one who is talking.. 😇
I'm still not over the symbolism and visual artistry of Yu Shirota's new Girl A music video (x) and how it plays with gender norms. Especially given that the original song by Akina Nakamori is about a young girl. Absolutely breathtaking. 🫠
If Colin's dead, I'm smashing stuff.
If he becomes some sort of monster... I have room for another monstrous spouse..
hmmm... Beatrix and Jordana are scarily similar, no? Both are the weaker, pathetic counterparts to a stronger and powerful individual whom they hold a one-sided grudge with, seeking to be number one. They both have extreme anger issues as well, getting very, VERY mad when things don't go their way (not as bad as Ras' anger issues though).
Both are then offered a proposition from Lord Ras, who seeks to achieve his master's goal, and well... seeing how Beatrix was just a pawn, and nearly destroyed the whole world well, I'm scared about Jordana and what she could do, to say the least...
Hmm... I wonder why Mickey is so scared of horror movies?
