I fucking love that game and want to play it again sometime.
Degenesis is a FREE TO PLAY Pen&Paper. It has a great post-apo-setting and, yes, all the PDFs are free.
Sixmorevodka, the publisher, is making money by crowdfunding the hardcovers. And since they are not a giant kraken like WotC, they seem to get along quite fine.
DEGENESIS is a critically acclaimed and Free to Play Tabletop RPG, with an international community and cult following.
