These grain-free sausage and cheese biscuits are perfect for those following a gluten-free diet. Packed with savory flavors, they make a satisfying breakfast or snack option.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground sausage. 2 cups almond flour. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 2 eggs. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Fry the ground sausage in a pan until it's browned and done. Leave to cool. Put almond flour, shredded cheddar cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix the eggs and almond milk together in a different bowl. After adding the cooked sausage to the flour mix, pour in the egg mix. Mix everything together well. Place the dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Using your hands, shape the dough into biscuits. After the oven is hot, bake the biscuits for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it. Warm it up and eat it as a tasty grain-free breakfast or snack!
