You did it again USPS! You dont have an Instagram account, but I think people need to see this. This diorama was packed in a hard wooden box, screwed into place, and locked down the best I could. I have labelled these #fragile and #thissideup and you continuously slam it with enough force to break solid objects into fragments. The amount of force required to do this boggles my mind and I'm left with the conclusion you're doing it on purpose. 3 claims were denied. And I don't know what do to if you deny this one too. I'm not little mad, this is a "big mad". And I feel frustrated for the client as well as looking at my own work in pieces in someone's hand. What else can I do?
