FunLand is a real arcade/amusement park in Delaware coast!

UTZ brand potato chips are a Maryland staple . The logo consists of a young woman with a bow in her hair like this frame.

The water tower (like I assume many beach towns has a fun design - Ocean City Maryland in past few years painted a few to look like beach balls.

Beach City is inspired by Ocean City (specifically Maryland)

There was this part during Sinners last night where me and the three older kids were on the edge of our seats, me using the whole movie as an object lesson for Jim Crow Delmarva cuz the shit here STILL REAL, and the wind blew hard and banged hard on the front porch so that we all jumped bc we at the same time were in a tornado red line warning zone and I made a joke about see the Vamps are here
