Photo dump from my trip to Chincoteague (yes, the one made famous by “Misty of Chincoteague”)… I am realizing I didn’t get a lot of photos of the actual horses but I did get a lot of video of them! It was so hot that I ended up spending most of my time in the ocean at Assateague beach. Chincoteague vlog soon I hope? I have an insane amount of footage to go through

Watching Steven universe for the first time as an adult and remembering that Rebecca sugar based so much of the location on places from their childhood, which means its also based on where I spent my childhood, and feeling very nostalgic

i do feel a little bad for lacey eden who's so incredibly DMV that her middle name is LITERALLY annapolis (as in, annapolis maryland) that she won't be able to get drafted to an inaugural dc team this year. stay strong queen. you're so online that i'm not 100% certain you aren't lurking on the #pwhl-expansion tag as i write this.

Delmarva, near Exmore, VA. DSL scanning is such a learning curve. Don’t get me wrong, it’s the best option vs a drum scan. I’ll never scan a 35mm piece of film on an EPSON flatbed again. 120/45/810 I’m still stuck in the EPSON world. Nikkormat, 24mm. Kodak Kodachrome 64. NIK

Beach City has no police

Beach City is a really small town so we basically get to meet everyone who lives there and we never see a cop.

There was that one time Pearl got chased by the police but that wasn’t even in Beach City that was on a road driving out of town.

Also, when Mr. Smiley was having trouble with someone breaking into his amusement park he had to get help from someone out of town (Connie’s dad) If there were cops in Beach City wouldn’t he have just hired them?

Also Connie’s dad technically isn’t even a cop he’s a “private security guard”.

I’m thinking sense in the Delmarvaverse the human population is smaller maybe they barely have a need for cops. Especially bc Beach City is such a small town. The crime rate is probably hella low.
