Of course! demisexuality is a sexual orientation on the asexual spectrum, and it’s defined as ‘someone who will not experience sexual attraction until having a strong emotional bond with them’ also for me, I’m not sure of others, but just because I have a strong bond doesn’t automatically mean I feel an attraction towards them.

This orientation can also be mixed with others, such as being demihomosexual, or demibisexual. I hope this clears it up! If you have any more questions, ask or message me!

Can you combine demisexuality with another sexuality, such as demi-homosexual?

Absolutely! Even though demisexual can be an orientation all on its own, many people choose to combine it with a different orientation to show who they can be attracted to, as in demipansexual, which I am. It’s the same as demihomosexual, and demiheterosexual, and anything else you want to do
