Yusuke's human heart is dead so he's not human anymore. He should have a demonic core somewhere in his body which functions the same way as hearts do. Except it's not in his body. His core is actually Puu. The giant bird is Yusuke's core, his new demonic heart. The bird dies, Yusuke dies too.

done with yusuke for now and god i hate myself for giving him the long hair back, holy fuuu- is so shitty to draw it... but it looks so pretty

i gave him a tattoo one one of his arms so he could cover the mazoku symbols that were spreading. a having a tattoo would actually fit his character since people in japan are not really that welcoming with it

i tried some different colors to make it looks like clouds but also resembles something more spiritual

his eyes would normally look brown but will assume a golden shade of yellow depending on the situation

he has 2 necklace pendants, a rose and a yang he done really like the long hair but it keeps growing back again and again so he just gave up and try to keep it tied with a red ribbon, blame Kurama for that
