New size!

Happy Monday y’all!! I have managed to lose .6 (roughly it’s a 1/2 pound) this week! The exciting thing is …..i got a new size unlocked!! I tried on a pair of 13’s. I didn’t even know they made 13’s but I fit in them!! They got bling on the butt!

Road to 100..

Happy Saturday y’all!! I have not lost 100 lb. Please do not say I have! 2024 fitness journey

Happy Wednesday y’all!! Getting stuff done, checking off things of my to-do list. Last week I got my mammogram done. My results are that I am all clear. My next appointment will be next year. Tonight I’m going to the gym. So tonight I fast from 6:00 p.m. till tomorrow morning Tomorrow morning. I go in for my blood test and I have to be fasting for 12 hours.
