Dennis and his second wife Isabella

Isabella Garcia, as in Hector's twice mentioned therapist, Dennis meets her in the 80s, in the main timeline this is after his first marriage falls apart but different au branches have different outcomes

They meet when Dennis connects with his bio mother Maria Gomez(born Maria Anderson) and she introduces the two being that Isabella's family is close with the Gomez family and on this day in the summer of 1989, the couple spend a day out, enjoying all the festivities of the Harum Scarum sideshow(more on that soon)

Dennis’ Unique Magic - Intoxicate

Dennis’s unique magic developed at a young age as a defense mechanism to protect himself from the people he had to be around. Now he is in a better place, but the damage is already done and it shows through his unique magic. 

General information:

His eyes glow a bright red

Appears as smoke

Smoke seems as if its glowing a soft red

It does exactly what its called 

It intoxicates people

He can change how much he wants to intoxicate someone

Like only getting them a bit tipsy 

Or full on getting them severely drunk

If the person is severely ‘intoxicated’ they can go through alcohol poisoning

He himself can go through alcohol poisoning if he isn’t careful with his magic

After using it for a while his magic can cause him to burn his tongue 

And he will start coughing

He actually hates his magic

He will unconsciously use it when he hears yelling

Dennis overblot concept

Remember, these are concepts, they are not the final product and are subject to change on my terms.

Dennis actually has a very high chance of overbloting. The reason that I can really think of it happening, would be if his uncles, aunts, and cousins managed to get a hold of him. The scenario that would probably happen would probably happen is that his parents come for a surprise visit. His parents are actually the only ones that accepted him being trans so it’s nice to see that they still support him, but then his other relatives decide to drop in uninvited. Idia, Ortho, and his parents very much know that his other relatives were abusive and become defensive over him and try to get them kicked out. But then the situation escalates and that would probably lead to his overblot. Dennis is very much inspired by Dionysus but also Hephaestus, so I tried playing up the greek factor and decided that his hair would trail behind him and become burning hot ink. In the final design, I’m probably going to look more into Hephaestus for inspiration. And something else that is very much going to stay is the smoke, which is actually his unique magic being used.
