At this point everyone knows the medical-related obscure stuff I'm obsessed with, especially when it comes to rosekiller but again. Barty in a dental chair.
Barty's whose teeth are pretty but he bites them and has chipped canines because he keeps getting in fights. Barty who's teeth hurt when he drinks cold water and is either very fucking aroused or utterly terrified of medical procedures, because while his coherent mind can't understand it, but the interruption of who he was supposed to be - it is, perfect - fires up some impulse into him.
Barty's who's terrifying and terrified and sick and in pain and is the most beautiful and human thing he can be.
