Husband is supposed to come home on R&R next month. Plane ticket has yet to be bought even though according to his higher up it takes “a two second phone call, don’t worry about it”. Now that the government is shutdown, we’re unsure if he will be coming home. (His superior should have bought his plane ticket months ago when he initially knew the dates but that’s a whole other story).
Gotta love the military/state department 🙃 gotta love special duty and not knowing what rule book to follow 🙃🙃
