Ye. the pandemic got me. I am most defiantly not at the “getting back to normal life” stage like everyone else seems to be. Real talk tho. Don’t bottle everything up. Talk to someone. There is always options and folks who you can contact. Don’t be like me and bottle it up and never talk to anyone ever until it boils over and gets shoved onto a canvas thus ignoring the problem :]
