@speed_kill_ try these, either individually or together. Take your time with it. Even though you do want to speed through the agility ladder, you don't want to rush through the depth jumps. The depth jump helps train your central nervous system to react and respond faster and helps develop power and increase your vertical. To perform the depth jump, you want to lead with one foot off of a bench/platform/box and as soon as you hit the ground, try to jump straight up in the air, as high as you can.
