Kevin texts back that he’s already on his way there, rather than to make you get up while you’re terrified.
He probably has a spare key to your place if he isn’t already just sleeping on the sofa.
He puts you on speaker so he can talk to you while he’s on the road, just so you can hear his voice instead of the damn thing in case it starts talking on its own. Kev asks how work has been, if there’s anything you’ve been up to lately, maybe brings up something mundane.
In all honesty he also kind of wants to make sure it’s not some new kind of Honkai phenomena, but thankfully it’s just Alexa being her usual possessed self.
Asks if you’d like him to get rid of it. He’s hoping you’ll say yes, so he can turn it into an ice cube.
He’ll stay with you since you likely don’t want to be alone after all this, keeps you pulled against him with his chin resting atop your head. Gently tells you to sleep, and that he’ll keep watch. His pulse is steady so it’ll likely lull you back to your dreams.

He doesn’t take long to get there, and he’s brewing you some chamomile tea and soothing stroking your hair--Does a few of his own little things to ensure nothing is seriously off with that thing considering the nature of some Herrschers.
Nope, just a possessed Dot. Nothing all that surprising, though Mobius’ll likely study the thing like there’s no tomorrow. Best leave it to her, she won’t say no to being woken up at this ungodly hour if it means she gets to have her kicks in research.
If you have nightmares, he’ll be there to soothe them--One of the perks of being a psychic type MANTIS means he can slip into your head to redirect your dreams towards something more pleasant.
Though if you can’t sleep, he’s happy to stay up with you all night.

Honestly part of him’s wondering if this is just one of Tesla’s failed gadgets or if Einstein was messing around a little too much with AI technology.
Either way those two will be more helpful concerning the thing even if he’s fairly well-versed in engineering, they’re the leading experts after all. He’s already shot them a few texts and pictures so they know what they’re dealing with.
To show you that nothing’s out of place, he carefully deconstructs Alexa using his powers--It’s not really a difficult task, and that aside--Really hard for the damn thing to keep talking when it’s now screws and bolts.

He is v. tired but he still goes to your place, kind of haphazardly dressed--It’s not that he was in a rush, he was just very lazy about how he put his clothes on. Some of the buttons are out of place, but considering how Lyle is--His being there already speaks volumes.
He’ll probably give the thing to Timido to pulverize later, but for now it’s going in Deset’s old as hell car that doesn’t have bluetooth so it can’t hurt anyone.

Still, he’s staying the night since he’s pretty tired--He expects you to let him cuddle you both for his own benefit but also to comfort you. Definitely the latter part. Mostly. 10%.
