A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of graham crackers sandwiched with a creamy strawberry filling, chilled to perfection.
Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced. 1 package graham crackers. 1 can sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup lemon juice.
Instructions: Heavy cream should be beaten in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. Powdered sugar and vanilla extract should be slowly mixed in. Then, put the sliced strawberries and lemon juice in a different bowl. Cover and set it aside for 5 minutes. Strawberry condensed milk should be added and mixed well. Mix the strawberry mixture into the whipped cream slowly until everything is well mixed. Spread out the graham crackers evenly on the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish. Put half of the strawberry cream mix on top of the graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers and the rest of the strawberry cream mixture. Put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight to set. Cover with plastic wrap. Enjoy! Serve cold.
