🗻 NEW RELEASES: "Peak" Hazy IPA (7.2%) + "Peppermint Mocha Latte" Imperial Milk Stout (10.5%) ☕ "Peak" Hazy IPA (7.2%) is our brand new entry into the #DestinationHazySeries. Whirlpooled w/ Huell Melon hops, this IPA features mild-to-moderate bitterness over top of a honeydew-like melon fruit character. A dry hop pitch of Zamba and NZH-107 hops contribute subtle tropical fruit notes with lime and white grape accents, though the melon and pine characters definitely lead here. This is an incredibly unique hop profile for haze in the modern era, bringing layered hop nuance to a slightly more bitter than typical hazy. "Peppermint Mocha Latte" Imperial Milk Stout (10.5%) ft. @mayorgacoffee, Peppermint Candies, Vanilla & Milk Sugar has triumphantly returned for the holiday season! A hearty, lactose-infused imperial stout lends a firm foundation from which coffee, cream, and peppermint leap. You'll be singing your holiday song of choice while sucking down this instant classic first introduced last year. 🥈 We did it again!!! For our 3rd time in 4 years, we medaled in the Hazy/Juicy IPA category at the MD Craft Beer Competition! "Garden" Hazy IPA (7.2%) ft. Citra, Strata & Sabro hops took home Silver in this year's competition. This beer is the most recent release in our #DestinationHazySeries and is almost gone at the brewery. (It certainly won't last through the Holiday Maker's Market this weekend!) We are humbled to be honored with another medal in such a competitive category. We take our hazies seriously and have put more research and effort into developing this style than any other we brew. It's a serious point of pride that these efforts are being recognized and awarded. Thank you to @marylandbeer for hosting the competition and allowing beers like this one to shine on a big stage. ☀️ NEW HAZY SERIES FOR 2022 ☀️ Introducing the Destination Hazy Series of Hazy IPAs and DIPAs featuring a series of custom commissioned artwork by @spicymustarddesigns. Inspired by the beauty of the world around us and the true respite offered by journeying to new and different places, the #DestinationHazySeries drives straight to the core of who we are and why we're here. Next week we'll be releasing the very first release in this series: 🌄 "Mountains" Hazy IPA (7.3%) ft. Centennial Cryo, Strata & Nelson Sauvin hops. *CONTAINS LACTOSE* Mountains is our first hazy featuring a grist heavily dominated by oats. Whirlpooled w/ Centennial Cryo and dry hopped w/ Strata & Nelson Sauvin, this hop saturated IPA is highlighted by flavors of citrus, passionfruit, white grape, pine, and grass. A subtle lactose addition leaves just a touch of body and sweetness to help buoy the fruit notes from the hops and the mouthfeel from the oats. We're very excited to share this next evolution in our approach to Hazy IPAs. We're always constantly pushing ourselves to get better and the results in our recent hazies have been outstanding. We are thrilled to package the series in an art concept that's so near and dear to the core of who we are.
