Foreign & Documentary:

The Armstrong Lie - Documentary on big fat liar cat Lance Armstrong. From the director (Alex Gibney) of "Taxi to the Darkside" and other solid documentaries.

The Artist and the Model - Black and white spanish art flick about a sculptor getting back into the swing of things (I wish this was a pun about golfing, but it's not...he's just getting back into sculpting).

The Summit - Documentary about the deadliest day on the deadliest mountain (K2).

Wadjda - Saudia Arabian flick directed by a woman.  How can you not root for that?  About a gal trying to win a bicycle by showing proficiency in religious study.

Young Detective Dee: Sea of Monsters - Sequel to the rad flick from a few years ago directed by Tsui Hark!  Pretty much Sherlock Holmes back in 4th century or so China.
