 Saix ducked behind a car, just avoiding getting a bullet through his brain. Great. The cops were here. He held the case full of money close to his chest. He needed to get that money to meeting place in ten minutes! Demyx just had to back out of one of the most important missions this week. Now Saix was getting shot at and was basically cornered. This is why he didn't do field missions! He'd rather stay at HQ and order everyone around. It was better than everyone wanting to put a bullet in your head. 

Saix looked around and saw a manhole. Ew. He pushed the lid off with a grunt and scrambled down the latter, just avoiding being spotted by the cops. He jumped to the sewer ground and gagged. This place was disgusting. He was supposed to meet Zexion here? Gross. He started walking.

"VI, you here?" He called into the tunnel.

Wasn't shiny victini released for the launch of black and white? or was that just the regular victini event?

If you’re talking about the one where you had to get the ticket to go to Liberty Garden, it was impossible to soft reset a shiny:

So unless some mystery gift distribution was shiny, it should be impossible.

Just an update on that warning you posted earlier about the game freezing, It's been determined that the cause of it is saving next to or near a taxi, or in certain back alleys.
