Blessed Portions
“The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.” Lamentations 3:24 (KJV)
“Great is thy faithfulness… “His Majesty’s grace and effectual promises concerning us are from the workings of His steadfast attribute of faithfulness, after His purpose which never fails. God’s own determinations, confirmed by His Son, are our security. His own self, given for His own accomplishment in us. For this, the meditations of the child of God always lead to the true conclusion that Indeed, “the LORD is my portion!” It is ever present in us today, in this world and for hereafter. Our souls are satisfied and settled in the concerns of the Lord, for which He has allocated His perfect portion in Jesus Christ, our saviour.
Beloved, faith grows from the understanding of who He is, transforming us from the soul by the work of His Holy Spirit. Let us consider His work to behold the inheritance before us in Jesus Christ, our eternal hope. Under His testimony we are kept and assured for ever so we may turn our attention to the expression of faithfulness for His purpose today. Let us go and honor our portion as we share it for His glory today.

Past Regret
“I am not sorry that I sent that severe letter to you, though I was sorry at first, for I know it was painful to you for a little while.” 2 Corinthians 7:8 (NLT)
“It is never wrong to do the right thing.” Said Twain, the celebrated American author, at the root of his statement we find the burden of duty. Indeed, the Lord’s high calling cannot be answered with a frugal heart. Jesus Christ loved to the end and so we follow, relying on His Spirit to comfort us as we face unknown returns. The cost to do as we must should not grieve us as it is at His expense. The apostle Paul even compared ministry to the pouring of an offering. Still, whatever we may do after the Lord’s purpose, we are to do in peace, as Jesus has secured the eternal profit.
May we regret nothing but the neglect of our faithful duty. Beloved, let us give thanks to our Father in heaven, for His trust and provision to engage in His will for His people. Pray to see need and suffering with compassion and a desire to alleviate it, even if we must assume it. May we consider the burden as Jesus did, trusting, for the joy set before us.

Broadcast Forvevermore
”I give thanks to you, O Lord my God, with my whole heart, and I will glorify your name forever.”Psalm 86:12 (NRSV)
Much has been given already and greater still remains with God’s loving promises for us. His mercies alone warrant thankfulness without cease but under the light of grace we are transformed, quickened to His providence. Thus, we respond with the devotion of our redeemed selves, everything that we are, have and do in offering praises to Him forevermore. We glorify His name because He is worthy but, in our effort, we discover an added blessing to making His name known; The satisfying of the intense urge to have others enjoy the privilege of the same spiritual security we have in the unquenchable fire of His Holy Spirit.
O Lord, how great thou art! Let us adopt this as the statement of our lives as we make the glory of God the great object of our lives and the rule of our walk. Giving everything as He held back nothing. Let us keep our eyes open toward all spiritual needs as we minister to those that suffer in the flesh. May the work of our hands become the multiplied expression of our spiritual worship. Loving and praising God as we share our blessed benefits with His people; in them our hallelujah forevermore.

Mindful Forevermore
“The LORD of Heaven’s Armies has sworn this oath: “It will all happen as I have planned. It will be as I have decided.” Isaiah 14:24 (NLT)
This is certain and true; God plans after the counsel of His own will as He works all things for our good in all His doings. In time we may come to feel overwhelmed or crossed by circumstance, we may even say that testing is assured to all. Still, His promise is peace for us. He has not neglected or failed to consider anything, and nothing falls out of His hand. He is mindful of us, in the midst of chaos He reminds us to trust in Him, His will for us and His timing. Above it all, He commands us to consider and witness that He is God.
Brethren, let us pray in the comfort of His Holy Spirit and calmly look upon the trials of the day. Let us lay our fears and anxieties before Him to understand His will and purpose, to wait patiently on His perfect timing. Faithful as He has promised and assured to bless us forever and ever… He has a plan.
