Not to gloss over the sadness of the break-up, Judith, buuuut - since you don't have a a partner for this you should definitely use the root money to try and get Chase to sell you his android.

Hanna would make a pretty good investment! Unfortunately, Chase is pretty well aware of that too.

Oooof I had a feeling this is where it was going - and sadly I can see it from both their POVs. As a child free person, being in Ally's position would terrify me, but Judith must make the right choice for her as well. Messy for sure!

Yeah, they were doomed to clash over this, Ally has the dislikes children trait while Judi is family-oriented. It's not a situation I was wishing to put them in but ACR decided otherwise.

I do hate children, but Ally, I think you're being an ass 🙄 And breaking up is probably the best for both of them.

Ally sure is acting pretty idiotic here, but she's also severely panicking. On the other hand, I think Judi's decision is very selfish especially since she clearly knew how Ally would feel about it. It def says something about their relationship that she didn't hesitate much to put her own happiness over hurting Ally.

Well, this sucks for them right now, but it’ll be what’s best for them and the child in the long run, I think. Better to separate now than to try and stay in a situation that would only bring on resentment for both parties.

I agree! And Judi should know this better than most, really. It's lowkey ironic that she even tried to make Ally stay, but I think deep down she was expecting her to leave in any case.

Well damn. I feel bad for them. Poor dears. Reminds me of my sister and her gf. One wants kids, the other wants dogs. Thankfully they’ve reached a compromise.

I feel bad for them too :/ I'm glad your sister's been able to find a compromise. I think this is one of the hardest disagreements to overcome in relationships.

For the ask about what made us happy today: I remembered how last week a regular customer of mine, an older man, made a hand heart at me for making his wife’s coffee. It’s something I always do and just the remembering the gesture makes my heart happy.

☠️ Something that angers you: A few too many things, tbh, I’ve been working on chilling out and saving it for more important things. But, people who don’t spay/neuter their pets. There’s so many cats and dogs in shelters as it is, and it’s really important for the health of some animals (reducing cancer risk in rabbits, for example)!

I’ll probably put out some sort of official application when the time comes, but lbr. we are a small bunch. chances are everyone that applies will get in - as well as a chance that people can submit multiple works (especially if it ends up being digital only, we won’t need to worry about printing costs)

asdlfjsldkjf don’t get too excited yet though because I have too many things on my plate atm to make it happen just yet. so this is all like... future planning. there are a lot of logistical things I need to think about and work out
