WHO AT DEVSIS WAS FUJOSHING AND HIMEJOSHING OUT???
Drew Pure Vanilla getting squished for his win at Créme de la Créme 👑
Devsis really needs to make more of an effort for us international fans. Time and time again we’ve been shown not to be a priority and that is entirely unacceptable.
Every time high-ticket items drop on the online shop, most notably the CRK plushies, they sell out within minutes. Each time they never restock them for international fans, but we constantly see them restocked at the limited in person events in South Korea. So is it limited merch? Or just limited to us and not in person fans.
We have to wait for the in person events to end to even hear if we’re able to buy the merch, and we’re told we will only have access to the leftovers from the event. Not only this, but we have to fight other fans, bots, scalpers, and a laggy constantly-crashing website at inconvenient times for a small amount of stock, if they even stock the website at all. It’s literal thousands of fans fighting over scraps.
As you can imagine, this creates a lot of stress, anxiety, and upset among us fans.
For a lot of us, it’s easier to buy a $300-$500 plush (that retails for $35) from a scalper or reseller than it is to get an official one. For some fans, that’s the only way to get the merch, due to the limited countries the store ships to.
International fans shouldn’t be forced to buy from scalpers and resellers when there is an official global store. That is entirely unacceptable.
It’s not the fact that in person fans are able to get the merch, but that they’re always prioritized and international fans are not. We’re told we’ll get their leftovers after the events are over. It gives off the message that we as international fans aren’t important, that they don’t care about us.
A franchise as popular as Cookie Run (10s of millions of global downloads across games, hundreds of thousands of monthly returning players) should NOT be ignoring such a large portion of it’s player base like this.
We international fans have so much love and passion for the Cookie Run games, and we’ve proven time and time again that we will show up, we will spend money, and we will sell things out. We deserve the same priority and respect the Korean fans receive.
Do better Devsis.
Please help spread the word about our upset, use the hashtag #CRINTERNATIONALMERCH, post on all socials, email Devsis’s support. Let them know how we feel.
If Devsis added last minute Dark Enchantress merch due to the uproar from Korean fans, they can listen to us too.
