Every fic I've found for these two that doesn't somehow involve the rowdyruffs always has Blossom instantly smitten with Dexter.

No- he is a little asshat. She is a prude. They both have HUGE egos and a bad pride streak- especially when it comes to saving the world.

They can be cute and fluffy but dammit where is it where they are snarky and salty as hell with each other first before becoming besties/ eventually crushing.

Summary

[⚠️SPOILERS WARNING (If you don’t want spoilers, then don’t read it!)⚠️]

So I’ll try to state the summary of what the characters were doing in the video. So, the video starts with the characters in some sort of cage excluding Bloo who kept constantly falling on the floor and crawling of what he had done, and Mojo yaps about that he stole the key to the Cartoonival, and he would like take over the world with it, I think? And Bloo asks him to release his friends but somehow, Mojo disagrees with him and tells him that with his friends locked up, he could take over the world (like he always wants to do), with no one else to stop him, and Bloo unexpectedly makes a deal with him, but turns out Bloo’s agreement was actually a trap, so he threw him into the cotton candy machine to torture him, Bloo finally regains the key to Cartoonival and his friends are all free. Mojo comes back, all covered in Cotton candy, and everyone celebrates and they all start dancing on his suffering. After that dance, Bloo starts to apologize to Barnaby for not being a great keyholder, Barnaby thanks him for saving his friends and all of Cartoonival, and then forgives him. Again, this is all written what I thought the characters were doing.

PPGZ x Dexter's Lab

Designs for a Crossover idea.

TLDR: Deedee was one of the people hit by the dark Z rays and was supposed to be permanently mutated into a kaiju like monster. However, Dexter developed a device to absorb the Z-rays to allow her to temporarily remain human until he finds a permanent cure, which he believes to reside in the white Z-rays.
