My new & forthcoming album “V Reactor” will include many sounds produced on Soundtrap. Lots of fun and great music on the way. This is a great networking platform. Check it out and look me up. Get a sample of the new sounds.
Everlasting was a track written for my most loyal listeners, fans and my closest inner circle of #family and #friends. We as Artists cannot do this on our own without the genuine support of those whom truly wish to see you #succeed. For that, I am most grateful. This one is 4 U.

Compromising the Craft
Could it be common that as an artist with an evolving persona we sometimes perceive what we may consider our work to be as “weird” “obscure”, unnatural or even a little off the beaten path? This isn’t necessarily a bad thing when the listener otherwise does not see, know or feel what you’re writing of before its reveal. While we may be writing and singing on something they can relate to, it is likely be perceived as from the listeners perspective, a modified short of their own life. Though when they visibly see you and decide they no longer support your artistry or listen to your intricately crafted gems, it only says more of that individual & perhaps a divided cultural climate.
in any instance, when a diversified listener choose to plug you in it can be considered a great compliment and ambitiously mobilizes one to continue bringing forth their best efforts in both lyrical delivery and quality production. Still, when a listener cannot relate or connect to your energy it’s not necessarily a bad thing..
i guess the point or the #wordofadvice here would be to accept, embrace and nurture your uniqueness as there way never be another one of its kind. Take for example artist(s) greats such as David Bowie, Boy George, Annie Lennox and Grace Jones or more recent artists such as Adam Lambert & Lady Gaga. As they do and have these artist/musicians take full control and responsibility for what has naturally been gifted to them. If you consider yourself an artist rather than being labeled a musician you too should be able to example how you will utilize & share your abilities both musically and visually. If this means suiting up in a roll of Ceram wrap for an hour long performance, there should be NO REGRETS. We’re Artists! We deliver art like the Ice cream man delivers Ice cream (and fans expect & respect it),
While I have not been an active performer as of yet, I believe my sound could be considered #universal. In that I can share my experience(s) & intent in desiring to appeal to all others. Though for the sake of #ART is it worth losing your identity? I’ve met and stared into the face of #discriimination #prejudice #homophobia and every other degradation you could experience in ones lifetime. It hasn’t once altered the way I choose to reflect, direct and project my energy and craft as an artist.
Will and could I I potentially lose listeners? I’m banking on it. Though for every listener lost is a different kind of listener waiting and perhaps searching out to give your sound a shot.
Case in point, if anything else remain true to the art if not to yourself. Though the art builds you so not sure how that would work out for you. Perhaps at some point in your musical journey your craft will bring you around to a person you’re willing to be or what you perhaps always knew.
Each and every individual can relate to songs pertaining to #happiness, tragedy, #sadness, #celebration, #turmoil, #relationship & #sexuality as if peering through the human eyes and coming into contact with ones soul.
You keep bringing the art, let them take what they want to heart.
