Hagel Slag Puur. The best breakfast tradition I’ve discovered. So yummy-and on Schär Bread with soy butter it’s gluten free and dairy free! I found all three at the Jumbo near Leiden Centraal station. I’m definitely bringing some home with me!!
GUYS! This. So very yummy. And GF/DF. Totally worth the price. Legal Sea Food. If you have one near you, go. Now. If you don’t, find one while visiting New England. Even the dinner rolls were GF/DF. I ordered the GF/DF fried shrimp, coleslaw, and roasted butternut squash. I (obviously) couldn’t wait to dig in. 😉
On a road trip and stopped at McAlister’s Deli. If you haven’t tried the Black Cherry Ham sandwich you should. This is on GF/DF bread and without the Swiss cheese. Black cherry dijonaise and balsamic onions make this soooo yummy.
Just want to take a moment and thank the Lord for Mason Dixon Bakery in Huntsville, Alabama. Totally GF, often DF, and as locally sourced as possible, it’s fabulous. And this GF/DF biscuit and gravy with a fried egg will make this sick gal so very happy. Happy Friday, y’all.
Looking for a GF/DF meal at the Singapore Zoo? I discovered that the Green Garden Salad at the Ah Ming Bistro is DF! I picked around the pecans, because they are often seasoned with gluten in this part of the world, but it was super yummy. Thousand Island Dressing topped it off, and the Orange Cinnamon Iced Tea was like drinking a cold wassail. I highly recommend it.
There was also an egg coming (fried over easy, in case you're curious) but I was too hungry to wait. Mason Dixon Bakery-totally GF-an oasis in the Hospital District in Huntsville. I you have dietary restrictions and are within 2 hours of this place... come.
Derosier's has been in Freeport, ME for over 100 years. The food is so reasonably priced and delicious. GF buns and pizza dough, plus plenty of DF choices.
