The tldr is YouTube sent their monetization through dfi, who bankrupted owing millions of the YouTubers their money, and the bank is treating that money being filtered through dfi as dfi's money, meaning the YouTubers aren't going to see it because dfi owed to the bank, and investors, and other sources as well.
