Imagine main series Dib, ETF Dib, Pilot Dib and Zib all somehow met each other, or worse were stuck in a room together (or how about a broken elevator hehe >:) ).

Me: *grabs popcorn and witnesses the unholy chaos unfold*

Had an idea for a "Dibvoid" to parallel the Zimvoid arc that I don't know if I'll actually write.

The basic premise is similar to the Zimvoid, with Dibs from alternate universes being lured into another dimension. But in this case, the signal they follow is one from another Dib, asking for help in defeating his Zim, who successfully took over Earth!

Once there, the Dibs all gather together and plot against Zim...all while receiving messages from the Dib who contacted them in the first place. After a lot of questions about why he can't fight with them in person, he admits to being Zim's prisoner...sending secret messages and rerouting supplies to them without Zim noticing is the best he can do.

Even through just messages, they're able to launch a lot of good attacks against Zim! It feels like they're making progress in taking back the Earth...though at other times, it feels like a large game of tug-of-war between them and Zim, neither side taking much ground.

The first twist is when they learn the Dib supposedly guiding them has been dead since Zim took over this world.

The next is that it's Zim himself who's been leaving them messages and leading them through the fight against himself.

After taking over Earth, there was no contact from his Tallest, other than that they'd be there "at some point". (They weren't planning on showing up ever.) Zim became bored, and started to miss the days when he and Dib would fight, making him despondant...

So, he lured in a bunch of other Dibs, hoping to return to the days he was missing. The Dibs don't take it well, learning that they all walked right into a trap of Zim's.

i know i said i was done with the dibvoid and that’s still somewhat true, but..

i’m still impressed at how i (kinda) predicted zib without even realizing it. of course none of these are really a 1-1 prediction on their own, but as a collective they kinda feel like zib if he was disassembled into a bunch of separate components.

the funniest thing about all of this? my dib/zim fusion was meant to be a super unimportant background/joke character, nowhere near on the level of canon!zib.

So after making Witch Boy Dib and spider Fusion (Dib +Zim) Zib For Drawlloween prompts and learning about the Zimvoid /Zimverse that every Zim (EVery ZiM) has their own Dib

I came up with a though of what would happen if somehow Witch boy Dib and Zib had to travel the multiple invader Zim universes (AUs) Zib to try to get back to their own and Witch boy Dib was looking for his Zim who’s gotten lost into the multi universes

I’m calling it Zimverse Universe au

Also excuse to draw them with 2K Zim and Palindrome Zim (I really really REALLY need to get my hands on those invader Zim comics)

Ok Witch boy Dib story au- he’s a son of a witch his dad married so Gaz is a witch too but their dad Pof Membrane is science (normal human) but he’s more supportive of his kids and doesn’t turn a blind eye to the paranormal but rather warns his kids not to go mucking with it because that what got their mother; everyone who isn’t Pof Membrane (humans) are scared of Gaz and Dib though because well witches are a thing sadly a lot of normal people can and will be scared of, Gaz it doesn’t bother her as long as they leave her alone to play her games, but Dib it bothers him because he wants to make friends but enther people are scared of his powers or they want him to use his powers for their own gains like (curse someone or use a love spell) so Witch boy Dib makes friends with Bigfoot and vampire bees BUT then one day A weird green kid shows up at the Skool and at 1st Dib just thinks Zim is just some goblin trying to live like a human kid again thus not worth his or Gaz time so doesn’t interact with Zim at all BUt Zim after hearing about how the other Urth worm babies whisper/ gossip about the witch kids Dib and Gaz and gets it into his head to win the respect of these humans he needs to beat these witch children to control the urth (Irkens have no idea about witches) and challenges them and loses But after the 1st lost keeps trying to beat Dib much to Dib amusement (( Witch Boy Dib isn’t interested in revealing the paranormal to everyone being as HE is apart of it already and saves his world often but it doe him no good normal humans are enther scared of him or just want to use him so he rather save earth quietly and make friends with paranormal in peace so he’s not as creepy or jerk like series Dib can be)) and Dib rather enjoys there’s someone who wants to engaged with him (even though it’s to fight him) but then one of zim’s inventions gets into one of Dib’s positions and sends Zim into the multi universes so que Witch boy Dib having to go look for Zim to save him and meeting Zib

Now Zib story much different it starts with Zim trying to spider to fuse to one of his crazy inventions to defeat Dib during one of their fights but something goes wrong and fuse himself to Dib turning them into Zib (they like to be referred as they them being as they were once to different individuals) and while trying to find a way to unfuse with each other they got thrown into the multi universes and end up meeting Witch boy Dib who has a spell to help them if they help him find his Zim who’s lost in the multi universes

And so they’re travelling together into all the different universes (AUs)

since there is zimsonas, could there be dibsonas for the dibvoid au? what if there was a gazvoid, or girvoid au? tak, skoodge, tenn? floog? professor membrane?

there can be quite a bit of charactersonas now that zimvoid is a thing.
