It's a DC editorial thing but it comes even higher from wb who are unhappy with the new line. I'm guessing that it's to adult for their Batman brand. But either way a lot of creators aren't happy.

Yeah, I can imagine. Which begs the question, what is the acceptable mature then? Cause comics have been over sexualizing female characters and treating them to terrible and gratuitous violence for forever and everyone thinks that’s fine.
