I havent posted for ages but here is my update! It has been 7 weeks since I changed my lifestyle to be healthier with the goal to lose weight. I have done just that. I have lost 13lb, I am 1lb off losing a stone and I have honestly never felt better about my body. I feel sooo confident and so much less self-conscious even though I am still just at the beginning of my journey!
I have made all of the changes to my diet to lose the weight, and if I am being honest I have not actually done that much exercise - just the odd run and bike ride. I walk a lot anyway which helps but the changes to my diet have been the key!
Seize the day - today could make all the difference if you let yourself change.
Detox day 1 of 4.
RULES for today:
- Max. 6 light meals at day.
- Min. 2,5 hours between each meal.
- Intake allowed: coffee, fruit, veggies, diet yogurt and light drinks.
- Drink a lot water.
- Min. 30 minuts walking with my puppy.
- Positive thoughts, please.
- Don't think about food.
- Apply for some jobs.
