Global company L’Oreal Korea's Maybelline New York brand site was created using Sitecore CMS (Content Management System). The new CMS was used for all of the brand's sites around the world. A global guideline was set, so that all versions of the site regardless of country would have a consistent style.
ELUO CNC did the localization, balancing local taste with international guidelines, in the creation of the site. All of the new Maybelline New York sites used the same CMS and modules, with some further customizations in each region.
The new Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Indonesia sites were all released together as part of Release Two. ELUO CNC was responsible for the relevant work on the Korean site.
For this project ELUO CNC needed to follow the global website guideline, while considering the domestic requirements related to Membership Registration, Privacy Policy, and connecting to the map API. Additionally, we coordinated work between global and domestic agencies, where close communication was core to success.
Due to the international nature of this site development, ELUO CNC utilized a native English speaking employee for communication and issue handling, showing the breadth of work ELUO CNC can handle.
During the work with overseas partners, there were some unforeseen challenges, but ELUO CNC was able to respond and adjust schedules accordingly in a flexible manner. The ELUO CNC project team worked hard to ensure success for the client and fulfill the role of a trusted partner. **

In the grand scheme of things, My olleh Renewal is aiming for customer satisfaction channel improvement and KT’s online customer site olleh.com’s online customer satisfaction improvement and revitalization.
KT wanted to improve the experience of users visiting the olleh.com website, and so reached out to ELUO CNC to help revitalize it.
They are especially aiming for a decrease in incoming calls to the call center through online customer satisfaction vitalization and a growth in ease of use of the online satisfaction channel.
The primary objective was to reduce the incoming call volume, by improving ease of use of the online satisfaction channel on the olleh website.
There were two primary strategies used to achieve this. First, minimizing the amount of navigation needed by the customer so that all customer satisfaction handling can be done in the menu in the MyOlleh main page and constituting the page so that the summary of the product in the customer’s possession can be seen in one glance. And second, providing a summary page of the products and services the customer owns or pays for, which can be seen in one glance.
With these, it is characteristic to recompose the information structure from one formed with a focus on existing products to one formed with customer self-satisfaction handling as the standard. Along with this, the site focused on service quality through phased open service.
The first round of improvements were focused on the main and supplementary services, pages. The ability to apply for, change, and inquire about products and services was added, as well as the ability to inquire about and modify bills.
Despite the small number of changes made during phase 1, the site was tested before moving into the second stage of development. Here things were able to be applied directly in a limited fashion.
Rather than conducting internal user testing, the first round of changes were applied to the live site, so that feedback from real users could be used to help determine the direction of development.
It was through this cooperative and responsive effort that KT’s olleh and ELUO CNC were able to improve customers’ online experience.
