Using dill mustard sauce, hot pickles, and artichoke cream on this veggie burger makes it taste great and full of flavor. It's the best choice for a tasty and filling meatless meal.
Ingredients: 2 veggie burger patties. 4 whole wheat burger buns. 1/2 cup hot pickles. 1/2 cup artichoke cream. 1/4 cup dill mustard sauce. 1 cup lettuce leaves. 1 tomato, sliced. 1 red onion, thinly sliced. 4 slices of vegan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Olive oil for grilling.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. Add salt and pepper to the veggie burger patties and brush them with a little olive oil. The veggie burger patties should be cooked on each side for four to five minutes, or until they are hot all the way through and have grill marks. Add a slice of vegan cheese to each patty and let it melt in the last minute of grilling. Toast the whole wheat burger buns briefly on the grill or in a toaster while the patties are cooking. On the bottom half of each bun, spread a lot of dill mustard sauce. Put a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce. Then add a tomato slice and a few red onion slices. The veggie burger patties should be put on the ready buns once they are done. Put some hot pickles and artichoke cream on top of each patty. Add the top half of the buns to the burgers to finish them off. Warm up the veggie burgers and serve them with your favorite sides. Have fun!
