What do you call the lights on your car that indicate you are turning or changing lanes?

I scored a second treat n train recently, having fun thinking of ways to bring in one dog two remote rewards. So far have:
Verbal position changes with switching distance:
And then combined with harness and Flexi for working on Thyme’s scootering directionals:
(Also intend for working on his whistle direction change but that requires a different mindset and I don’t want him to confuse the two)
Was thinking though. I probably need a third to reward the watching dog? Thyme was absolutely following along with minimal reward 😭
Then I remembered. THE KMART DISPENSER. I do have three remote rewards!!!
An excerpt from one of my poems, inspired by looking forward instead of backwards, leaving nostalgia and painful history to rest and allowing yourself to move forward into a more hopeful future.
Working on our verbal directionals for scootering.
And eventually the concept of directional modifiers to known cues.
Currently keeping it to just mum and baby boy sessions.
Current COVID hobbies I guess:
hermit crab renovations
ape evolution computer game
expanding social awareness in pop culture
D&D
garden
internet platforms
Walking in circles in my backyard
Which sure is a change from:
obedience classes
tracking training
dog park social day / breed meetups
hiking for hours / hunting for that lost dog tag
boardgame pub night
geocaching
WoW
Sudden urge to really work on our directionals in a structured manner as per Ken Ramirez (directionals concepts) versus the guidance in the dogscootering forums (verbal capturing). Ken’s approach aligns a lot more with r+ gundog directionals as well. I assume that is from the parallels of SAR to quartering gundogs. An interesting thing to think about.
Was pleased to realise that Thyme does seem to have ONE of the directional cues mostly down on verbal already - so generalisation to be worked on AS WELL AS PATIENCE. He suffers from the curse of an anticipator and won’t always let me finish the entire syntax of modifiers before offering what he thinks is the correct answer (and he usually is correct. But also. PATIENCE!!! Let me finish the sentence of cues!!!)
Thistle is firmly in the introductory stage of “new-cue -known behaviour -prompt “ pathway. But she had her thought wrinkles on and seemed pretty enthusiastic on stretching her brain. Which makes me 😊
