Low-to-Mid Energy-Level-Activities I did not verbalize in the video but I think are worth mentioning ~

- Minecraft & other cozy / mobile games (peaceful ✅ cheats on ✅)

- Coloring / Drawing (even just scribbles or doodles)

- Watching your comfort media!

- Calling with friends / online parallel playdate can be very low effort if need be!

- Nature cam footage / walking in scenic places footage (this may sound silly but I personally love this, sometimes im too sick / pain to get out and it makes me feel better thinking about being outside and hearing the nature noises!)

I hope some of this was helpful to others, I don't know it all but I share my experiences for others 🫂🫶🏻
