her scorpion body has no mouth! it’s a cowardly decision to deny her an alternate way of feeding herself. she’s gotta be eating for most of the day with how limited her options are with a human sized mouth. not even just limiting size of meals, but efficiency because her bites are so small!
plus the second mouth is hot

but! her spider
has a mouth! it can eat! despite her mutated biology, quelaag gained an adaptation to realistically support it.
plus, once again, monster mouth on monster woman = hot
even in the more recent fromsoft catalog (because they have a lot of monster women)
romina has a mouth on her centipede bits! and it’s a centipede mouth too!
thus, scorpioness najka was robbed of a feature that should have been hers. especially since it would have probably been an actual scorpion mouth because she has a real scorpion attached to her and not just a weird lava mutant bit.
