Friday favs... Been running in Road Runner Sports R-Gear compression capris for over a year now. I just retired my first pair and I was so sad! 😭😭😭 You know when you find a fav clothing item and you extend its life for all it has rips (from falling on the trail😞) and all? Friday favs... Gotta give a shout out to my @injinji compression socks. . . I cannot tell you how much injinji toe socks have helped me!!! I started wearing them way back when I got my first pair of vibrams. At first they felt so weird and took sooo long to get on! 😂😂😂 But after I began wearing them more and more, I became completly addicted. Now they are all I run in! No more blisters btw my toes, no more squished toes from socks that are too tight in the toe box, and no more having to take off my socks to wear my @lunasandals ... cuz that's totally a thing. 😊 . . They revamped their compression line which was a good move. Super soft and much much more durable. They are playing a huge role in my injury recovery. Compression helps our bodies lymph system get the garbage out of our tissues & reduce swelling. Don't know what I'd do without them! . . Happy Friday! . . Running is never black and white, it's unpredictable. And that's what I love about it. ❤ . . So a lot of you are doing the Boston Marathon... While it isn't one of my goals at this time (too addicted to trails, but I do still love the road), I appreciate & understand the dedication, sacrifice, love, hard work & determination it takes to get there.
