Where Does My Help Come From?

Feeling overwhelmed and wondering where you'll find the strength to keep going?

When life feels impossible, the most important question isn't "How will I get through this?" but "Where does my help come from?"

Psalm 121:1-2 gives us the perfect answer: "I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth."

David asks the question we all ask in desperate moments: "Where does my help come from?"

Not from your bank account, though money helps. Not from your friends, though support matters. Not from your own strength, though effort counts.

Your help comes from the Lord - the same God who made mountains, carved out oceans, and hung stars in space.

The Maker of heaven and earth isn't intimidated by your problems. The One who spoke galaxies into existence isn't overwhelmed by your circumstances.

When you lift your eyes UP instead of looking around at your limitations, you remember that your help comes from an unlimited source.

That mountain you're facing? He made actual mountains. That storm you're weathering? He controls the weather. That impossible situation? He specializes in impossibilities.

Today, lift your eyes up. Your help is coming from the Maker of heaven and earth.

I am a Shaman. I naturally go through my own processes, go into the underworld and get rid of my own demons. That’s all I ever do. I don’t like to be limited. Isolation is key to going into these worlds and dimensions we travel mentally.

I am not for people who don’t like to handle and deal with their demons. I’m not for people who need constant emotional energy and attention. Im not for someone who needs to be around and needs to be spoke to all the times. I’m learning I’m not for everyone, pure acceptance.

My name is P.H.A.E. the Slayer. I slay my own demons.

If slaying my own demons help you, then I’m doing what I’m supposed to do. I’m not here to purposely trigger you, but if my story triggers you, I’ll be the “villain” you perceive me to be.

I’m just a divine being who is learning how to balance the light and the dark within me. I’m also learning there’s no shame in shining and owing all parts of yourself, scars and all.

I accept all who accept me. If you judge me, it’s because you judge yourself. If my freedom makes you see your lack of freedom, don’t restrict me. Restriction causes separation.

Learn. Understand. Embody. It’ll come naturally. No effort or force. It just is.
