izu  almost  always  has  his  hand  gripper  on  him  so  he  can  have  something  to  stim  with .      without  it      ,      he  would  click  and  tap  his  pencil  the  whole  time .      even  with  it      ,      he  bounces  his  leg  and  plays  with  his  hair .

he  probably  isn’t  a  good  study  partner  bc  he  jumps  from  subject  to  subject  and  his  fidgeting  seems  to  get  twenty  times  worse .      to  combat  this      ,      he  usually  does  some  kind  of  work  out  while  studying  or  puts  on  his  headphones  to  block  everything  out  so  he  doesn’t  get  distracted  and  mess  up  his  concentration .

the  hair  around  his  face  is  always  a  little  bit  frizzier  than  the  rest  bc  he  just  can’t  keep  his  hands  off  of  it .      you  can  always  tell  when  it’s  been  a  bad  day  when  you  see  him  braid  it .

bad  days  are  when  everything  seems  too  loud  and  he  just  keeps  spacing  out .      his  concentration  is  absolutely  shot  on  those  days  and  it  feels  physically  impossible  for  him  to  keep  still .      he  almost  feels  like  he’s  gonna  crawl  out  of  his  skin .

bc  of  his  adhd      ,      he  also  has  tinnitus  which  means  that  he  absolutely  hates  silence  and  he  will  play  music  at  almost  all  times .

when  izu  begins  to  hyperfocus      ,      everything  is  blocked  out  and  he  begins  to  talk  to  himself .      things  about  superheroes  are  usually  are  easy  for  him  to  hyperfixate  on .

you  bet  ur  booty  that  this  boy  has  rejection  sensitive  dysphoria .

if  he  doesn’t  have  a  deadline  on  a  project      ,      it  will  never  get  done .

there  are  days  where  he  just  feels  useless  bc  no  matter  what  he  does      ,      he  just  can’t  focus .      no  matter  if  this  is  something  he  could  have  easily  done  the  day  before      ,      at  that  moment  he  has  no  energy  to  give  on  it .

while  he  prefers  his  hand  gripper  for  stimming      ,      he  does  have  several  stim  bracelets  and  a  couple  of  chewy  stim  necklaces  .
