2. has your five ever committed a crime, if so, what? Soooo, they probably technically have, but mostly in the form of fooling around in places they probably shouldn’t have (terrible little thing). They’ve never stolen anything or hurt someone tho, just guilty of nasty crimes

18. what’s the meanest thing your five has ever done I’m putting this one under the cut because it’ll have spoilers for the end of S2!

I think the meanest thing I can think of that Ren has probably done was one time they fully lost their temper with @runner-bi‘s Runner, Blake, in early S3, when they got in a fight with him and he started mouthing off about Sara (”she deserved what she got” sort of things, born from trauma) and Ren lost their cool and full on slapped him across the face, and wound up shouting him back down over it til he was in tears. You don’t talk about Sara Smith like that around them.

16) Tried anything new with your writing lately? (style, POV, genre, fandom?)

N-no... I’ve been bopping along doing the same ol’ same ol’. The newest thing is attempting longform fic I guess?

21) What other medium do you think your story would work well as? (film, webcomic, animated series?)

I think my writing would translate well into a podcast actually. I tend to rely heavily on dialogue and don’t like describing surroundings beyond maybe a cursory ‘we are Here’ thing (which is a bad habit and I need to fix that). I also love the idea of writing for a podcast, so I might be a bit biased aha!

54. Favorite first line/opening you’ve written?

I’d have to say the opening lines of a little “excerpt” I wrote for EH:

Ingrid’s hands were on fire.

Her fingers cupped around the wick of a candle, red bubbles appearing wherever the flames touched. The blisters were there for a moment, then they disappeared, replaced with smooth brown skin. Yellow wax dripped down her arms and onto the sleeves of her nightgown, a molten spiderweb crawling closer and closer to her chest. She didn’t seem to notice.

Thanatos has a long-term friends-with-benefits sort of situation happening off screen. It never plays a part in the books at all, but yeah lol
