Harunstanar or "Giganto the Gentle Giant" as he tends to go by while wandering to far flung places away from his Herd.
His role in the herd was never entirely specialized, he simply does whatever job is needed of him, be it: Hunting, Foraging, Cooking, Gathering supplies, Trading, Spiritual Ceremonies, Providing Medical Care to the sick or injured, Building huts, Defending the Tribe from wild beasts and attackers, etc...Doesn't matter what job it is or if he is particularly good at it, he'll always try to help in any way he is able to and wants to bring a smile to people however he is able to.
Giganto personally believes that the greatest purpose in life is the opportunity to be of help to someone else who is in need. This extends beyond just being a good member of the herd but also a good person to everybody he comes across. He is patient and understanding with people even if they make things difficult, he is willing to extend chances for people to change, and go through the hard work with them to help them through their problems or become a better person, but his tolerance and understanding only extends so far to people who intentionally hurt others. He tries hard never to outright kill anybody if he can help it but if you attack somebody in his presence, especially someone who is helpless or under his protection then...well some problems require a gentle hand, and other problems need to be stomped and bulldozed through by a big angry Mammoth!
While traveling Giganto found a lost child in the snow. He took him back to the herd, brought him back to full health, and learned that this child was a changeling who called himself "Who". Who had been chased from his village when it was discovered what he was, so Giganto told the boy he could stay with him as long as he wants and in time became like a Father in son. Then one day while traveling through a village, Who was discovered for what he was and kidnapped while Giganto wasn't around. He has been tracking them for great lengths over the world determined to get his child back but he will still help people along the way. Good will goes a long way, sometimes to find what you are looking for you gotta stop to help someone else and then they may help you find what you are looking for.
In my group’s second campaign, the DM of our first campaign is a player, and this is his first PC with our group.
Theodore Heffalump is an interesting gentlephant, a Loxodon of exquisite taste and distinction, he is a brewer by trade, a connoisseur of beer and ales. The Heffalumps are a proud and distinguished family and Theo is no small exception to the respected name.
In search of the most unique ingredients and recipes to craft his extraordinary brews, Theo took his search in a rather curious direction.
Is it odd that black toxic magic can be shot out of his nose or that on occasion he hears voices in his sleep? Or that perhaps, every now and then, he wakes with a little touch of madness? Not in the slightest.
There’s certainly no greater being lending him aid in return for questionable favors, merely a good business partner who like to keep to himself even if that self is somewhere within a great void and Theo’s never exactly met him face to face, only ever in those pesky nightmares.
Instead of doing anything seasonal I decided to make a bunch more D&D stuff, because I wanted to experiment with new techniques to make my characters pop.
Every armature rig in my animation-ready model tier is custom designed by yours truly, some even built from the ground up and manually weight painted. Starting this month I'm also making all my texture files available as part of the rigged models tier, so all the character models, the book and lilypad lute will have all texture info included in this month's upload, available on the 31st!
Anyone more interested in 3D printing can grab some models from my 3D print-ready model tier! I'm uploading 7 STL files for your tabletop, so if you're playing 4 deeply specific race/class combos or if you need 3 fairly common baddies for your combat encounters I've got you covered. I'm sure this won't be the last time I dip into the deep well of D&D to create some fun character printables so if you'd like a specific one subscribe to my Patreon and vote on the theme of the month!
Of course if you'd like both there's a combo tier, and if you really only wanna sign up to help me pay bills there's the updates-only tier.
Please subscribe here for access when all these goodies go live on the 31st! Hope you've all had a pleasant holiday season and a happy Gregorian New Year!
name: Pari al-Nashrin
race: Loxodon
class: Druid (Dreams)
characterisation: A whimsical individual with a clear fey aura, as likely to lead a logical discussion as to wild-shape to pull pranks on her teammates. While in most cases she’s benevolent, her party can never truly be sure what she will do in any given moment. Since childhood, she was plagued by nightmares. Despite visits to doctors, clerics, and the like, no cause could be found. Naturally, she feared sleeping - but of course, she couldn’t avoid it forever, and quickly developed narcolepsy. Whenever she woke up, too, she lashed out in fear before the nightmare faded. While she was normally a playful child, it was difficult for other children to befriend her, being scared or upset by her awakening. As an adult, she left her home, trying to find an answer. Hoping that they were just from the area somehow, she willingly took a nap for the first time in decades - to no avail. Or so she thought... since then, she often felt something watching her, until one day she fell asleep in a fairy ring. Once she woke, she wasn’t quite sure what had happened - but she knew the nightmares were much diminished, and that the fey were to thank. Free from the shackles of fear for the first time, she now does whatever she pleases, a fount of mystery and wonder with a natural charm. Though her sleep schedule is normalising, she mostly wears comfortable pyjamas out of habit. And only on new moons does she get nightmares still, and those with fey presence holding the worst at bay. Her one worry, though, is that she doesn’t know what quite she may have promised to the fey in return...

inspiration: Musharna simple to choose, difficult to design, here. while loxodon aren’t quite tapirs, they’re close enough and work nicely as druids, and circle of dreams is a pretty easy choice. loxodon are a heck to actually design properly, though - it’s easy to make them in heroforge, but actually colouring them how I like not so much. could just be that they are a bit different from tapirs though. and I do like how you can hold things with the trunk. ended up going with pyjamas because of the dream aspect, plus because I’m not likely to use them often. I almost made the skin colour transition from pink to purple, but I couldn’t get it to look how I wanted, so the purple is mostly the dressing gown. having bright pink hair emulating the dream mist is a nice touch though, I think? shrug. Musharna is a neat mon who needs more appreciation, so
