Are you okay with canonxcanon ships with Akechi?

Hello there anon! Oh boy though… Since you asked I will answer honestly. Before I start I want to put up a quick reminder: I am talking about a personal boundary here! You can ship whichever character you like with Akechi and I will respect that!

Ok I got that out of the way. Let's get to my answer.

I honestly don't usually bring this up because I don't think that it's relevant on Tumblr since I can just block any ship tag with Goro and everything works out just fine. I don't get it on my timeline and all is good. And people here seem to tag it properly (which I am grateful for)!

So the answer is probably obvious. I’m nonsharing and in this case it also means that I’m not fine with romantic(!) cc x cc involving Goro under any circumstance. I stress romantic because platonic ships / dynamics exist and those I’m completely fine with.

I just don't want people bringing it up to me directly. It makes me uncomfortable. No ifs or buts.

I honestly would even prefer if my more general Goro posts with another character aren't tagged as a ship in any way but that's out of my control. I don't think that I should make a fuss over it. If possible I appreciate it not being done but I won't throw a fit at random people to not do that.

I hope that it all makes sense. Long story short: Romantic Canon x Canon with Goro makes me extremely uncomfortable! If possible don't bring it up to me directly. That's all I ask.

Note: If you are a cc x cc shipper and I reblogged your art (even if it's not ship related) or just an overall post but you aren't comfortable with me doing that, let me know! I will remove the reblog asap! I just want to let you all know that too! I won't interact with anyone’s posts if this fact makes them uncomfortable!

i keep seeing the tag safeship but cant find anyone explaining what it means?? maybe im stupid and its supposed to be obvious but until now ive never see the term and im just curious and a little confused

As far as I understand safeshipping is a term used to set things apart from proshippers / comshippers / darkshippers. That's probably it. It's also the only context I’ve seen it being used in.
