🗓️ July 23rd, 2025 • Day 1 of Documenting My Life ✍️ Today, I edited and posted Chapters 19 and 20 of the new book project I'm working on. More people are showing up every week in the comments to support my work. That's encouraging! 🫶 🍬 Just when I perfected my Low Cal Marshmallow recipe... I moved apartment, and the current one doesn't have an electric whisk 🥺 I can't make a big batch of these anymore, and I'm unreasonably upset about it. Here's the recipe I kinda followed and the video that inspired me to make them in the first place — try to bake them if you can! Only 4 ingredients and 150 calories. 📖 Read I Who Have Never Known Men, by Jacqueline Harpman. The first 100 pages were challenging, but I flew through the last 100. The writing was so simple, and yet, the images of that dystopian world were so vivid in my mind. 10/10.
