Has anyone noticed that the Skullcrawlers from Kong: Skull Island resemble Dodongos from Legend of Zelda? Big chompy mouths, no back legs... At least Skullcrawlers don't breathe fire!

I KNOW IT’S NOT REALLY BECAUSE IT’S A MACHINE BUT THE ANIMAL IT’S BASED OFF OF IS CLEARLY MEANT TO BE A DODONGO AND I’M GONNA CALL IT A DODONGO.
I’M SO EFFING HAPPY.

For those of you who don’t know, I REALLY LOVE DODONGOS. They. are. so. adorable. Except in TP... TP’s dodongos are ugly. >,,< ANYWAY. It’s more of lizard-like design than a dino-like one, so reminiscent of the gecko dodongos in TP, but it’s actually cute-looking as far as gigantic machine thingies go. So I love it. <<33
Also, Goron City is awesome. I’ll give y’all some pictures at a later date but right now I’m frantically searching for memories.
