Hollanov omegaverse au with older omega Shane who has just retired from hockey and he’s spent his entire career choosing his job over everything else but now he wants a family only he’s never found the one so he decides to get artificially inseminated and it takes forever because he’s super picky but he finds an anonymous donor who sounds great on paper (plus the alpha played hockey!) and nine (and a half, his pup was stubborn) months later he has a pup. He’s now a single parent and while he struggles he’s so so happy and then the centaurs, the team he captained before retirement, reach out to ask him to take on an assistant coaching position. His family encourages him to try it out and so he accepts.

When he goes in to grab some paperwork, his pup strapped to his chest, he runs into young hotshot Ilya Rozanov, an alpha a decade younger than Shane who has just been traded from Boston. Shane leaves the encounter flustered and pink cheeked, unaware of the way the younger alpha watches him leave, eyes bright and fevered.

i just remembered that when gerard was looking at the moon i completely missed the first sentence and thought he said "there's a huge bird up there look how fucking big it is" and i looked for a bird, and then i thought "this is probably a weird intro for scarecrow or something i think i've heard something like that", and then i thought "well he's emphasizing it again so maybe there is actually a huge bird" and kept looking for the bird. there was no bird. i couldn't see the moon

tbf i think that both sebastian stan and ben barnes should be in every single mcu movie or tv show from now on. it doesn’t even have to make sense i think they should just be there looking pretty. it would make me 10x more likely to watch them.

also they both canonically exist within the mcu. i know its a joke to say what does and does not exist within the mcu but they both do because

1. we can assume ben exists because the book “the picture of dorian gray” exists (and it was his character who was reading it) and by my logic so does the 2009 film. also i don’t remember when but i do remember that at one point narnia was mentioned. i have decided by these factors that he exists.

2. hot tub time machine was mentioned in one of the mcu films. sebastian stan was in httm. he exists.
