What kind of dog is spinel???

Honestly I didn't have a specific breed in mind. I took a lot of inspiration from this guy, tho. (The way I draw him looks p similar to Spinel)

Pretty sure that the Annoying Dog is a Pomeranian, honestly.

He is, yes. Maybe Spinel is a cross-breed?

I forgot you had already drawn spinel as a dog but my first thought for a breed was a cocker spaniel 😁

That could be a good breed :0 I'll have to look into it. Again, dog breeds aren't something I know a lot about, but I do know them! Idk, I'll research some more and go from there. ;)

Well, she is a best friend, though I don't see a reason why she would glow when she shapeshifts. Not only has she shown to be able to shapeshift without glowing, but she's also a cartoon, she'll just use smear frames.

I was thinking that for her elastic abilities, no, she would not glow. As long as she keeps her general shape, she will just stretch. However, if she completely changed her outward appearance, she glows. Anytime she shapeshifts. If she's just stretching, that's her using her elastic abilities.
