Starting the year off right.
It's Tuesday, January 2nd, my first day back to work after the university holiday. I stopped doing non-essential work after I clocked 15 hours because I needed my rest too.
I get to the bus, lugging the last of the knit scarves I hadn't finished before the break to see . . . A dog turd. Huge. Right at the front of the bus entry. Someone somehow stepped in it without crushing the whole, and left a trail of shit prints halfway through the bus. The driver was neither cleaning it up nor warning boarding passengers.
Did I mention I have a wheeled cart with me today?
