tho im on team full poly vees (as in all 3 of them dating each other) i really do get making vox the hinge (separetely dating the two) bc truly velvette and valentino are too impatient/hot-headed to talk the other down when theyre being insane like vox is able to. both staticmoth and staticdoll would work long term without the third but valxvel(sighs dollmoth or mothdoll. i dislike both names) would work when things are good! and absolutely fall apart under stress. yes they all fuck nasty yes val and vette have fun together but when either of them need someone to deal with their shit that someone is vox. and then no one really talks vox out of his insane shit. thats why hes like that.
AU where literally all it takes for a sinner to get redeemed is for them to sacrifice themself for someone they care about, that one act of true selflessness is enough, and one of the Vees ends up sacrificing themself to save the other two(because they all cARE ABOUT EACHOTHER I DONT C A R E). Except whichever one ended up dying actually really fucking hates it in Heaven and is constantly trying to get back to Hell in order to be reunited with their evil polycule and continue exploiting the masses for fun and profit. Then there's also some weird political drama in the background where everybody's realizing how truly SCREWED Heaven's system is because of how little it takes for you to go to Heaven OR Hell and Sera is trying desperately to hold everything together while the afterlife descends into chaos, but that isn't really the focus. The focus is on the evil fucked up polycule that just wants to be reunited </3(and also be evil capitalists but that's not important)
Honestly? Vals probably the best at period stuff, let's be real he's in the porn industry and assuming menstrual cycles do exist in hell there's no doubt he has had plenty run ins
Plus his MAJOR soft spot for Velvette, the moment she calls he knows the right brand, candy, has blankets and heating pads etc

You see, I'm excited for the Vees to be the main antagonists of Season 2 cos I wanna know who's the weak link in this fucked up little group.
Their downfall can happen in so many ways on each of their shoulders.
They could lose Velvette, their "backbone", who's their social promoter, and the most focused and observant of the Vees. She may be the youngest overlord, but she knows how to extract information and how to pick apart people so easily to get what she wants. What happens if she goes first or fucks up? Vox and Val on their own would be a real sight to see.
Or! You have Vox's unhinged obsession with Alastor and wanting to best/destroy him. What if it gets so bad, he neglects Val and Velvette? And they wind up leaving him to himself? That or he burns them out and drags them down with him with the depravity of his obsession with Alastor? What if it gets them killed? It would be so rough but I would love to see it.
And of course, there's Val's contract with Angel. Odds are, Charlie and the gang ain't gonna let his abuse slide for much longer. If there's anyone the fan base would reward the narrative for killing off, it's surely Val. And while I would personally hate that (sorry I find him intriguing), I would like to see what it does to Vox and/or Velvette if he went first...
It could go any which way, and I'm dying to know how it happens.
