Description: domitila's mother is from an old money family from the capitol who married someone who was not, and had domitila. when her husband died (killed by her), she soon rejoined high society and remarried festus creed's heir, siring this muse. seeing as they are a creed, they have received only the best growing up, were raised alongside the snow and the cardew and the cranes and all of the other important families of the capitol, and were also expected to live up to it. it's up to you if they fall in line or if they've become a rebel but their relationship with domitila (who would have been 14 when they were born) has always been a bit shaky, as they were the golden child, and domitila was pushed aside, something she's still resentful about.
