I just found out that the "Doncel" trope is of Hispanic origin. I looked on AO3 and most, if not all, fanfics with donceles are written in Spanish.
It is amazing that, although the Omegaverse was not well known in Hispanic fandoms during that time (2000s), we still found ways for men to get pregnant.
