I miss you. I don’t know if you’re okay. I don’t know what you’re up to… I know you’re lost, and no matter how many times I’ve tried to help you, you don’t take it. You’ve ignored everyone and you’ve hidden. I don’t know what else to do, but give up on thinking you’re going to come back. You need help, and I can’t help you. Red Bull
I drink way to much red bull!! Why you ask? Because in kitchens with the long hours of work you can go one of two ways. You can go with the main crowd and get into drugs. You will start small. Doing MDMA just to help, and it will only be in a Saturday just once a week. Then slowly but surely as you get deeper into the abyss that is cheffing you will find your self sprinkling downwards. Tired, emotional, stressed, you name it, it will pop up one way or another. So most chefs turn to drugs to pick them up and get there ass into gear for service. Me on the other hand (and of course a fair amount of chefs) will choose to drink red bull for the pick me ups. But just like anything in life, you will build a tolerance towards it, so now I’m drinking about 5-7 cans a day (when I’m working 7-12). I really wish I didn’t drink it, because I know it’s terrible. But my excuse is to avoid drugs!
